You’re close to the finish line. Confirm with your agent that all documents, repairs, and obligations are completed so closing proceeds smoothly. We coordinate the final logistics to minimize surprises.

Final walk-through inspection

The buyer will perform a final walk-through the day before or the day of closing to confirm the property’s condition matches the contract and that no agreed-upon items were removed.

Cancel home services and utilities

Closing

At closing, you, the buyer, and the closing agent sign settlement documents and funds are disbursed. If you cannot attend, make arrangements in advance. Funds can be wired to your account or issued by check; ensure keys and property information are ready for handoff. Once signed, the property has been sold.
