Founded in 2018 by Birche Meese, a retired Army Special Operations pilot, we built Spartan Property Management from real-world investing experience rather than theory. The name Spartan references the Italian-made C-27J Spartan cargo plane—one of only seven assigned to Army Special Operations Command—and it also honors the last aircraft Birche piloted before his retirement. That legacy of discipline, precision, and accountability shapes how we run our business and care for every property under our management.
